Criteria:
|
Must be graduating from a secondary school in the District School Board of Niagara.
Must be identified as an exceptional student with a learning disability.
Must be proceeding to post-secondary studies.
Must have a positive attitude toward his or her studies.

Application form (available in Student Services' Office); one letter of support, credit counselling summary; cover letter including a statement of educational and career goals.
Recipient will need to provide proof of acceptance and registration in a post-secondary institution before monies will be dispersed.
