Criteria:

High school students in Grades 11 and 12 from the province of Ontario, who would like to explore options and expand their horizons to pursue post-secondary health sciences studies. Must be nominated by Science Department Head.

Application form; letter of nomination from Science Department Head; 1,000 word essay on extracurricular activities, hobbies and/or any other special interests, your career aspirations, and why you think you deserve this bursary; most recent transcript; an acceptance letter from a recognized university or college for Grade 12 students.
