Criteria:

A dependent child of a full-time or part-time Team Schein Member who has been employed for at least one year as of the original application deadline date; A high school graduate proceeding to post-secondary studies or a student age 23 or under who is already enrolled in a full-time undergraduate course of study at an accredited two or four year college, university or vocational-technical school; Academic performance; Leadership qualities; Participation in school and community activities; Work experience; and Statement of career/educational goals.
