Secondary School graduate; Canadian citizen; planning to enter college or university program in the foodservice-hospitality industry; work experience in foodservice, hospitality, and culinary-related experience; academic record; leadership and ability to get along with others; professional promise.

Application completed online; transcript and most recent report card; letter of recommendation from a teacher or school administrator; letter of recommendation from past or present employers (must be on official stationery and include telephone and fax numbers and email addresses).
