Graduating Basketball players who are continuing their education at a post-secondary school in Canada. Scored on academic success, leadership in the amateur sport community through well-rounded participation as a high school basketball athlete, as well as on the basis of their other school and community activities.

of items to include: |
4 copies of the completed application, a recent photo and a release of information form; official school transcript and copy of most current report card; letter of support from Principal; letter of support from Coach; up to 3 additional letters of support; one-page submission describing the applicant's sport involvement and future plans in sport, and career aspirations.
