Criteria:
|
Canadian citizen or landed immigrant; between 17-25 years of age; have been either treated for some form of childhood cancer or still be on treatment.

| Checklist
of items to include: |
Complete application; write a 300-500 word letter describing future academic goals and highlighting why you are applying for this Scholarship; copy of letter of acceptance to a university, college or any post-secondary educational program; official transcript; statement from doctor, pediatrician, oncologist stating that you have had some form of childhood cancer.
