Criteria:
|
Must be an Ontario resident; have a valid Social Insurance Number; be a tenant in a Rent-Geared-To-Income housing in Ontario; must be a graduate planning to attend a full-time post-secondary program in first or second year; or a short-term academic, trade, or skills-based training which is at least 4 weeks in length; academic achievement.

application with all required signatures; copy of transcript; evidence of acceptance to post-secondary program; proof of tenancy from housing provider; copy of Social Insurance Number card.
