Students who have successfully completed 6 or more 4-H Club Projects; have shown steady improvement and personal growth during the course of club work and may have given leadership and carried on club work of high quality; must be a full-time student, entering first year post-secondary institution studies; may apply only once in any one year; must have an average of 75% to receive full scholarship; should other qualifications be equal, the Scholarship may be awarded to club members whose parent or guardian is a Women's Institute member.
