Graduating student from secondary school in former Niagara South Board of Education; Pursuing studies in visual arts at the university level, a community college, or Ontario College of Art, or its equivalent; Must be 25 years of age and younger.

Letter to 'Frances Turnbull Memorial Scholarship Selection Committee' including art intersts, and the name of the post-secondary school and the program that the student has been accepted in for September; Transcript; 3-6 samples of art work; Evidence of acceptance/enrollment must be submitted to receive award.
