Between the ages of 15-24; A significant amount of time and service contributed to a charitable organization; Demonstrated leadership, initiative and commitment to service excellence; Financial need; Planning to enroll/participate in an educational opportunity within the next 12 months; resident of the Niagara Region.

Application (forms available from the Information desk at the branches of the YMCA in Fort Erie, Niagara Falls, St. Catharines and Welland); Resume outlining volunteer service (name of organization, amount of time, role and responsibilities) and leadership experience; 2 reference letters commenting on your contributions and future potential; Essay - 1 type-written page describing post-secondary plans explaining reasons for choice, and outline of financial need.
