To Apply:
Step 1:
Complete the Personal Data section
Click here to complete the Initial Application Form ->
Step 2:
Please print and read carefully the Information Package ->
Print two (2) copies of the High School Referal Letter.
Give both copies to either your Guidance or Cooperative Education teacher
which they will complete the Office Information Section and to:
a) Mail one (1) copy to:

b) Keep one (1) copy on file: so you may track their progress through the screening process of this centralized placement.
