| Bidders may download the following bid opportunities and submit responses before the closing date and time via regular mail or by electronic submission (when permitted) to the email address as stated in the solicitation document. Responses sent to any other email address could be opened unknowingly, and may be disqualified. The DSBN is not responsible for computer malfunctions or delays. |
| By Registering For Updates, the Board will make every effort to advise you of changes to the bid document, but shall not be liable for any failure to do so. All addenda will be posted on the DSBN Purchasing website. Vendors are responsible for checking for addenda 48 hours prior to the bid closing date and time at http://www.dsbn.edu.on.ca/Purchasing/BOAV/bids.php. Any bid document submitted without the appropriate addenda acknowledged may be rejected. In addition, any submission received by the DSBN that has been altered and does not exactly match the document as posted on the DSBN Purchasing website will be rejected. |
