General Instructions

The Purchasing Department is responsible for ensuring that the Board receives the best value for tax dollars spent. Providing your company information will assist our Purchasing staff to secure the best products and services in a cost effective and efficient manner in accordance with our approved Purchasing Policy.
Click on the link below to access our Vendor Information Form, which is to be completed online. After completing all fields, click on the Submit icon and your company name will be placed in our vendor database. If you require assistance, or should any of the information on this form subsequently change it is the responsibility of the applicant to notify the Board by email at: purchasing@dsbn.edu.on.ca.
Not sure if your company has already registered? Click here to search our database for your company record. Vendor information records are filtered according to the Company Phone number and duplicate entries will not be allowed.
The Board will attempt to inform registered vendors of relevant bid opportunities, but shall not be liable for any failure to do so. Vendors who include an email address (more than one may be entered) will receive email notification of bid opportunities that relate to the commodity choices that were selected upon registration. Tenders and Requests for Proposals are posted on our website at: http://www.dsbn.edu.on.ca/Purchasing/BOAV/bids.php.
Please check our website often to avoid missing an opportunity to supply goods & services to the Board.
