The team at Fort Erie Elementary School is pleased to welcome visitors to our website. We are proud to offer this as another way for parents, students, staff and the wider school community to learn about the Home of the Phoenix.

Fort Erie Elementary School has approximately 230 students from Junior Kindergarten to Grade 8. Our educational team offers a wide variety of expertise to ensure our students achieve success and enjoy a safe and nurturing learning environment. This team includes teachers, educational assistants, a youth counsellor, a learning resource teacher, principal, an administrative assistant, a lunch hour supervisor, a custodian and cleaning staff. Through our Parent Advisory Council and volunteers, parents are included as part of the team.

Our school is fortunate to offer a program for students who are English as a Second language Learners as well as a program for students with developmental disabilities. Our unique school community provides a rich opportunity for students to develop excellence in academics as well as growth in character and social responsibility.

Our staff volunteer their time to organize and/or supervise extra-curricular activities for Fort Erie students. Through sport teams, clubs, field trips and community events we are able to expand learning opportunities for our students beyond the school building.
