Here at Kernahan, our industry standard automotive repair facility is quipped to serve all your training needs from vehicle detailing, basic maintenance and auto mechanic skill development. Vehicle donations offer students a variety of mechanical devices and parts to explore and learn from. Students are prvoided opportunities to experience community-based activities suych as job shadowing and work experience. Enter into appreenticeship placement within local busieness as a co-operative education placement and OYAP (Ontario Youth Apprenticeshop Program) student.

The Auto Body course familiarizes the students with a wide range of employment opportunities in the auto body industry. Students will acquire design, fabrication and repair skills using a variety of trade specific tools, equipment and processes. Students will repair and finish vehicles incorporating skills such as collision restoration, component straightening and repair, materials preparation, and finishing materials to original equipment according to manufacturer standards.
