PCHS has 26 Registered Ontario Youth Apprentices

The Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program (OYAP) gives high school students a head start on their career as a skilled trades professional.  You can become an apprentice and earn credits towards your apprenticeship and your high school diploma - all at the same time as earning credits in your Co-op placeement.

PCHS students are currently registered in a variety of Apprenticeship fields from a Baker, Early Childhood Educator, Carpenter, Automotive Service Technician, Marine Engine Mechanic, Hairstylists, Child and youth workers,  and an Electricain just to name a few.
