What does the Ultimate Frisbee Club do? We learn and play the best sport ever, go to great tournament, get into great shape, and have a lot of fun doing it! What is Ultimate Frisbee? Combining the non-stop movement and athletic endurance of soccer with the aerial passing of football, a game of Ultimate is played by two seven-player teams with a high-tech plastic disc on a field similar to football. Object of the game: To score by catching a pass in the opponents end zone. Ultimate is a TRANSITION GAME in which players move quickly from offense to defence on turnovers that occur when a dropped pass, an interception, a pass out of bounds, or when a player is caught holding the disc for more than 10 seconds.
