Robotics: There is a general team meeting tonight after school starting at 3:15 p.m.  in room 223. If you have not brought in your trip forms or team fees, do so RIGHT AWAY.

Guelph/Humber will be here on Thursday at 11:45 in Guidance. Please come down to Guidance to sign up if you are planning on attending.

Grad Photo time is here! Please come down to Guidance to schedule a time for your photograph to be taken.

There is a pizza lunch this Wednesday to support the Sr. Girls Basketball team. Come support the Bulldogs!

Graphic Design Club will meet today after school in room 214

A reminder to all woodwinds and brass sections of the orchestra- there will be a sectional rehearsal on Tuesday after school. Plan to be there.

A reminder to those interested in the book club. You may come get your copy of Murder on the Orient Express from Mr. McNiven today if you don't have one. We meet tomorrow after school.

Attention Curlers!!! There will be a very important meeting today after school in room 201. All members MUST ATTEND!!!

Students that wish to travel to Britain during March Break 2010 please pick up your application forms outside the English Office today. Remember first come first served!

Attention all grade 12 students: If you are planning on applying to University there will be information sessions during all 3 lunches on Friday November 20 and Monday November 23. You must have had your grade 12 appointment and you must attend the session that is during your lunch to receive your pin number. So, be sure to sign up for your grad appointment (in guidance) if you have not done so.

Guelph/Humber will be here in guidance on Thursday November 19.

Jr Boys Volleyball team... there is a brief meeting immediately after these announcements in room 207!

The SR GIRLS Volleyball team will have its first tryout Thursday at 3:15. This is NOT an optional practice. The roster must be submitted soon! No excuses will be heard my Mr. Molnar or Mr. Bonazza! That's Thursday, 3:15, Sr Girls Volleyball tryout!

The Christmas Season is just around the corner and the Arthritis Society will be holding their annual Gift Wrapping event at the Fairview Mall in St. Catharines beginning Monday November 23. If you are in need of community service hours please see the flyer in guidance for more information. You will need to sign up in guidance ASAP (orientation is tonight and Thursday).

There will be a Sr. Girls Basketball Pizza Lunch Wednesday, November 18th. Come out and support the Bulldogs!

Reminder to all brass and woodwind players of the orchestra - there will be a rehearsal after school today, Tuesday! Plan to be there.

All gymnasts are to check their email for a permission form for this Friday.

Reminder that tomorrow Thursday November 19th is BUS TICKET PICK UP Day! You may pick your tickets up in the East Foyer @ 8:15 am. After this day you may come to the office at lunch or after school NOT during class time to pick them up.

There will be a meeting in Guidance during the 2nd half of period 2 today for all students interested in applying to College.

Two of our students will be participating in a board wide monologue competition on Thursday night at the Shaw Festival. Please be sure to tell Alyssa Janzen and Ron Mackenzie-Lefurgey to break a leg tomorrow night.
 

Anyone interested in doing tech for the school play needs to attend a workshop next Tuesday, November 24 from 3:30 - 4:30.

Sr. Girls Basketball Pizza Lunch Today, All 3 Lunches!!!!!

A reminder that there is a workshop for all yearbook members period 3 today in the studio.

We had a great response in our "Who's that Teacher" contest. We had a lot of great guesses - Mr. Hinton, Mr Lillo, Mr. Mouck -- but our first correct answer was sent in by Mehak Qureshi who guessed Mr Daniels. That was his high school prom photo by the way. We will call the winners down on Friday to get their prizes and all winners will have their name put in for a draw for our grade prize at the end of the contest of SWC Spirit Wear.

Anyone wishing to try out for the senior boys basketball team please come to a practice today at 3:30 in the main gym. Those who are still playing football are not expected to be there.

The Bulldogs have an opening round game of the Standard on Monday Number 30 at home at 2:00. Buy in announcements will follow...

Sheridan College will be holding their Open House on Saturday, November 21 from 11am until 3 pm. Please register for this event at www.sheridaninstitute.ca

Congratulations to our Boys and Girls curing teams who both beat West Park last night. Our boys team dominated with a score of 10-5 and our girls ruled the ice with a score of 5-1.

A new season for both Boys basketball and Girls volleyball has begun. The sports program is in need of individuals who can score and time for basketball and volleyball games. Volleyball lines officials are also needed. In return for your volunteer hours we can offer either volunteer hours or school points. If interested, please see Mr. Perron after school today or tomorrow to sign up since games start as early as next week.

Reminder to all orchestra members - full rehearsal after school today. Plan to be there! Day 2 of the "Who's that Teacher" went very well. Let's look at that picture one more time. (pause) We had three correct guesses, but the first person to submit the answer is our winner - Adam Arkell.  Pick you rprizr up on Friday in the studio.
