CHESS BOARD
1. Open Corel DRAW. Select Graph Paper Tool from Tool Box. Add
the number of rows and column using Property Bar. Input the same values for rows
and columns. Save the file as chessboard. Save often as you
work.
2. Press CTRL and draw square shaped graph paper. Fill with white color. Keep it
selected.

3. Arrange Menu > Ungroup All.
4. a. Press Shift and select alternate square with Pick Tool. Fill with black color.
b. Sh select all of the other squares and fill them with white (they look white now but they're not, they are transparent).

5. Select the drawing by dragging Pick Tool around it. Arrange > Group
6. Effects > Add Perspective
7. Drag four points with cursor and create a perspective.

8. Add a shadow to the outside of the chessboard. Check out Shadow Project for making shadows.
