☺ Completed and handed in the LPS Confidentiality Form
☺ Completed and handed in Weekly Activity Reports for September 4-7, September 10-14, September 17-21, September 24-28  (24 hours)
☺ Been leaders in a classroom setting for nearly a month.

Please review the following  to do items.

► Review the LPS Calendar (attached and on the website) All assignment due dates are posted here.
► Complete the Observations Assignment due October 11th (attached and on the website)
► Have your Subject Teacher complete the Interim Evaluation due October 16th (attached and on the website)
► Complete the Short Term Out of Class Project Outline due October 29th (attached and on the website)
► Complete Assignment #1 from The 7 Habits of Highly Successful Teens. ( You can sign out a copy of the 7 Habits of Highly Successful Teens on a 3 day basis in the Cooperative Education Office )
►► Beginning today you must initial the LPS attendance form, in the LPS box , to the right of the cooperative education door. If you do not initial the attendance sheet you will be considered absent for that period.
