This contract is the final result of several steps the Leadership and Peer Support teacher has taken to improve training station learning and student performance. After a discussion with all parties involved, it has been determined that the student is largely responsible for his/her unacceptable performance.

The student will:

1. Attend every scheduled Leadership and Peer Support class except for reasons accepted by the teacher/monitor.

Violation of any of the above conditions will result in the withdrawal of the student from the Leadership and Peer Support Program.
