National Skilled Trades Day in Canada provides educators with the opportunity to showcase the skilled trades to students. Students will have the opportunity to explore the skills associated with various trades careers, including designing, creating, building and fixing. Students will also explore employability skills such as teamwork, problem-solving and communications skills which are essential to all students.
