Installing FirstClass

1. Start the process by clicking Run
2. Give permission to the installer by clicking Run
3. Follow the steps in the DSBN FirstClass Setup Program
4. Look for the FirstClass icon on your desktop

Troubleshooting

If you are having issues refer to the list below for some common problems. Click each issue for its resolution.

• Download and run the Repair Utility!
• I receive a "The user ID or password is not valid" error when attempting to login
• When I try to login I receive a "No FirstClass server with that name on the network" error
• I am receiving a "-1" (minus one) error when trying to log in
• FirstClass freezes when logging in
• I still cannot login
