Responsibilities
OYAP Students will:
Complete all information (including SIN#) on their OYAP registration form and submit to their teacher as early as possible
Work in a professional, courteous and responsible manner at all times
Learn and abide by all regulations and policies of their employer
Practice safe work habits
Properly wear all protective safety equipment as the job requires
Keep their daily log and assignments up to date
Complete all required tasks
Notify their teacher and their employer before the beginning of the school day if they are unable to report to their placement for any reason
Keep record of their apprenticeship hours
Have their supervisor sign off in their Apprenticeship Training Standard for each of the skills that they have learned
