Welcome to our website!

Welcome to the Park Public School website. It is our hope that this form of communication will further strengthen the connection between school, home and our community.

Park School is one of the "Grimsby Family of Schools" and is located on Main Street near Bartlett Avenue. It is a wonderful older school that was beautifully restored by the District School Board of Niagara in 2006. In 2009, we will celebrate 100 years of educating Grimsby students. Currently, Park is home to over 160 students from Junior Kindergarten to Grade Six. For a more in depth history of Park School, please have a look at our School History page.

I am delighted to be Principal of Park and feel privileged to work each day with such a dynamic staff. Our teaching and support staff are dedicated to children and consider student learning to be their first priority. In addition to providing to an outstanding daily academic program, many staff volunteer their personal time to offer a variety of academic, athletic, musical and artistic activities, well beyond those outlined in the Ontario Ministry of Education's Curricula. The staff and I are grateful to the many parent, grandparent, secondary school and community volunteers who come to help the children and who give so freely of their time.
