FUTURE 2
 

1. Open future.wpd from your drive.  Save as future2 before making changes (File Menu > Save As )
    

2. In your footer change the filename to future2 and change the date and day #.  Save early, save often.
    

3. Ctrl End to cursor to the bottom of your document then key these 3 new paragraphs-->

3. Move the text as shown below (scroll down to see it).   You can tell whether moved text is a new paragraphs by where the arrow points.
    

4. Set the left and right margins for your document to 1.25" (3 cm).
    

5. Double space the paragraphs (i.e. the "body" of the report)

   • Remember where to put your cursor before you set your line spacing and

   • REMEMBER you only have one enter after each paragraph when a report is double-spaced!!!
      

6. Book titles in a report are underlined (Powershift).  Underline the book title but not the comma after it.
    

7. Single space between the title and subtitle as shown below.
    

8. You should have 3 paragraph when done!!!!
    

9. Pre-print Checkist (as usual) > final save > close.
