CLOUD 9 LETTERHEAD

1. Set the top margin to ½ inch. Create the letterhead shown below. Save as cloud 9 letterhead.

2. Do NOT use more than 2 inches from the top of the page for your letterhead.

3. Set fonts similar to those shown--style, size and colour.

4. To get the cloud, go into the Insert Menu > Graphics > From file > go to the K: drive and find it.

5. Right-click on the graphic and make the choices in the graphics menu that appears in order to:

   • Size the graphic to 1.25" by 0.75" (right-click on graphic > size...)

   • Set the wrap to none by choosing the wrap style called “in front of text”

   • Copy this graphic so that you have 2 of them and place as shown.

6. Make any adjustments in spacing needed; Remember, use no more than 2 inches from the top of the page.

7. Hand-in info > pre-print checklist > final save > close file.
