PROJECT LIST

  1. Create the table shown at the bottom of this page.  Save the file to your drive as ProjectList

  2. To get your triple space after the subtitle use your down arrow.  It should take 3 down-arrows to get from the subtitle to your column headings.  That's how you get triple space when creating tables!

  3. Select the title and subtitle (but not the blank lines below them) and set them to 18 point font and bold.

  4. For the row of column headings inside the table (from Client - Total Earned):

    1. Use a 10% fill for the row of column headings (select cells > right-click in selected area > borders/fill > cell tab > cell fill...)

    2. Bold and italic

    3. Centre these column headings  horizontally (select > Sh F7) and vertically (select > right-click (rc) > format > cell tab > vertical=centre)

  5. Align the data as shown: column headings are centred, numbers are right aligned and text is left aligned.

  6. Make column widths reasonable, i.e. to fit data with a bit of extra space.

  7. Change the border around the table to a double line (right click in table > border/fill > click on the table tab > border...)

  8. Vertically centre the document (Ctrl Home to cursor to top of document > format menu > page > centre > current page)

  9. Horizontally centre the table (right-click inside the table > format menu > table tab > table position on page > centre)

  10. Include hand-in info > pre-print checklist > final save > close file.
