Calculate and set margins for a 6 inch line.
Add the title OUR YEARBOOK (always use proper format).
Double-space the paragraphs. REMEMBER to place your cursor at the start of the first paragraph before you set your line spacing to 2.
Be sure to start a new paragraph where the proofreader's marks indicate.
Change the name of the yearbook from URSUS to something else (make up a cool name). Make the change in your text.
Preprint Checklist > Save the file as yearbook> close the file.
