PERSONAL LOGO

A logo is a design that identifies a company or a product.  It is made up of letters and/or symbols/graphics. Designed correctly, logos can be an extremely powerful tool--95% of the people in Canada and the U.S. would be able to immediately recognize the McDonald's logo. In fact, more people probably know the McDonald's logo than the name of the Prime Minister or President.

YOUR ASSIGNMENT Create a personal logo that reflects YOU and what you are about.  Read this criteria first:

• You may NOT use any graphics in your logo.
• Create a symbol as your logo or use your name or initials with a symbol that you create.
• Use Paint, Corel Draw or another draw program that you are familiar with to create your logo.
• Make it 1 inch by 1 inch in size (2.5 cm by 2.5 cm)
• If using Paint, set your size by going into the Image Menu > Attributes > change the unit of measure and set the size.
• Save the file as PersonalLogo
